Cutting and fitting the rafters was very easy compared with the tea house, with no hips or gables to worry about. Simply a matter of getting one rafter right and then replicating it another 11 times. The rafters were then screwed into the ridge and support beams.
Battens were then nailed to the rafters as shown.
