Also native to North East India. Closely related and very similar to the bhut jolokia (ghost chile), it differs in that the pods are slightly smaller with a pimply ribbed texture.

Like the bhut jolokia, it has a sweet and slightly tart flavour, but followed by slight undertones of woody, smoky flavours.

Although definitely bred from the Naga Morich, it is not clear if the Dorset Naga is actually distinct.

Traditionally used green by Bangladeshis, often eaten raw as a side dish. It is well suited for BBQ and grilling due to its unique flavour profile.
