A creamy French cheese like a Brie made from pasteurised sheep's milk which tastes a little sweet and buttery. It is a soft-ripened cheese with a bloomy rind, a grassy aroma and a pleasant tangy taste with hints of mushrooms. Its orangey rind is formed as a result of annatto being sprinkled on the cheese during maturation. This cheese is super soft and can at times run freely.
