Launched in 2011. Locally grown barley is gently roasted to give this beer a classic burnished copper colour and a robust full body which belies its modest strength. Peach and apricot notes dominate the aroma, with hints of butterscotch and toffee apple. The taste is full, with toasted biscuit and jam being balanced by the mellow, yet assertive bitterness of tangy hops.
