First brewed in 1445, a wheat beer spiced with coriander and dried Curaçao orange peel. It is unfiltered and therefore has a light yellow and cloudy appearance. It has a soft taste, light and slightly sweet and sour and with subtle citrus notes.

In many bars, it is customarily drunk with a slice of lemon.
