Sometimes referred to as Beer Chang, it is now believed to be the most popular pale lager brewed in Thailand, having overtaken Singha.

This export version has less alcohol than the 6.4% domestic version, and is a 100% malt beer, while the Beer Chang sold in-country is brewed with rice.
