A single-fermented, cold-filtered, version of Duvel on draught. Brewing is complete after the first fermentation of 30 days. Typical Duvel flavours and aromas are already emerging, but the beer is lower in alcohol and carbonation and the taste is slightly lightly and crisper with mild yeasty citrus notes. There are more hops on the palate than in the nose. The beer is carefully balanced so that the hops play off equally with malt and citrus.
The appearance is golden-blonde, with fine soft carbonation that gives a large head with good retention. The beer is transparent with no residual yeast.
