VC Records trading as Hut Records was a record label brand which was started in 1990 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Virgin Records. The label was intended as a boutique label with a select roster.

Hut Records was discontinued by Virgin Records mid 2004 due to an overhaul of the group, with 20% of the artists on Hut dropped and the rest moved over to other labels within the EMI Group.
