César is a very handsome man who one night meets his ideal woman, Sofia. The next morning he is confronted by his obsessive ex-lover Nuria who, insane with jealousy, intentionally crashes her car, killing herself and horribly disfiguring César beyond the help of cosmetic surgery. From then on, reality, dreams, memory and madness blend together, until he wakes up in a psychiatric prison undergoing evaluation for a murder he can't quite remember.
