DRAMA

A chronicle of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s campaign to secure equal voting rights via an epic march in 1965 from Selma to Montgomery, Alabama, the place where segregation in the South was at its worst. The march ended in violence, forcing a famous statement by President Lyndon B. Johnson that ultimately led to the signing of the Civil Rights Act.
