First imprint of E.R.P. Musikverlag founded in 1968 by Eckart Rahn. There have been no new releases since 1994, with only repressings of their old classics and a European distribution service.

The company later changed its name to Mayflower Music Corporation and now only releases under the newer imprint Celestial Harmonies. The company also took over Ethan Edgecombe's distribution service for new age music known as Fortuna.
